I'm SO excited because today we're going to the park for a big Easter egg hunt with our boys. Shawn is pretty pumped up to find those eggs! I was looking through his clothes for something bright and colorful but his closet is full of dark wintery stuff. Time to go shopping for some happy spring clothes! Anyway... Here is a very late Easter literacy pack. I know a lot of you are on spring break ... Read More about Easter Mini-Pack
At-home Easter reading Fun for Parents- Freebie
As I was leaving school, one of one students said, "I bet the Easter bunny will come to our classroom on Easter and leave us clues to read and infer where to find an Easter basket." I swear, I almost laughed out loud! I am that predictable? Ha! :) They just love doing these activities! We made a T chart and brainstormed ideas to why he ... Read More about Additions to Fairy Tale Unit and a freebie

More fairy tale fun!
Here's our bulletin board to go along with our fairy tale unit. The papers are "windows". Each student chose a fairy tale character. They wrote 4 clues about their fairy tale character on the outside of the window (and curtains too). When you open the windows you find an illustration of that character(s). Aren't those precious! I love kid drawings. :) If you want the "window", ... Read More about More fairy tale fun!
